At Fresh in Your Fridge, our customized meal delivery services are centred around your needs. 

When you get matched with one of our personal holistic chefs and nutritionists, they will go over all of your needs with you — from the type of diet you practice and your dietary restrictions to your favourite and least favourite foods.

No matter how complicated your paleo diet may be, we have the expertise to provide you with satisfying and satiating meals made just for you. 

 

Step By Step

STEP 1

We Match

The first step is setting up a discovery call with our team. Let us understand your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, all of which will be documented in your custom profile. We then match you with one of our holistic chefs. You’ll then have a chance to talk to your chef in-depth about your needs and review your first menu together.

STEP 2

We Plan & Personalize

Each week, your chef creates a personalized menu just for you, no matter how complex your needs are. They take into account your preferences, sensitivities, and goals. You’ll receive your menu 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service day and will get a chance to provide modifications to your chef.

STEP 3

We Shop

The cost of premium groceries are included in your service. Your holistic chef does all the shopping and ordering. All produce is organic and we shop only for what’s needed to reduce waste. Our kitchen is stocked with high quality pantry ingredients - we don’t use any highly processed ingredients like refined sugars or seed oils.

STEP 4

We Cook & Deliver

Your holistic chef will spend anywhere from 3-5 hours cooking for you in our commercial kitchen. All meals are packed in our reusable glass containers, labelled, and placed in insulated cooler bags. Your meals are delivered the same afternoon by our friendly delivery team. Our drivers always give you an ETA when they leave the kitchen so you know when to expect your meals!

STEP 5

You Eat

With Fresh In Your Fridge, meals are ready to go. Simply reheat and enjoy them! Let your chef know what you loved and what you didn’t, and they will plan next week’s menu accordingly. Your reusable containers are picked up with your next delivery, no need to deal with recycling or excess packaging!

What Is A Paleo Diet? 

The Paleolithic (Paleo) diet is a modern eating plan that is based on the foods that were available and consumed by early humans during the Paleolithic era, which lasted from about 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago.

The concept behind this diet is to consume whole, nutrient-dense foods that are close to what our ancestors would have eaten. 

A typical paleo diet consists of:

  1. Meat, poultry, and fish
  2. Non-starchy vegetables such as leafy greens, broccoli, and carrots
  3. Fruits, especially berries
  4. Nuts and seeds
  5. Healthy fats, such as olive oil and coconut oil

Foods that are excluded from the paleo diet include grains, legumes, dairy products, processed foods, and refined sugars.

Fresh in your Fridge is the ultimate luxury meal service. I didn’t want to have to worry about cooking healthy meals during a particularly busy couple of months and a move. It’s such a treat to have incredible meals customized for my exact nutritional needs and taste preferences. I feel nourished and taken care of in a way that I didn’t think I’d get from a ‘meal service’. It was really fun reviewing my weekly menus and my chef, Jacky, was super easy to communicate with.
