Step By Step

STEP 1

We Match

The first step is setting up a discovery call with our team. Let us understand your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, all of which will be documented in your custom profile. We then match you with one of our holistic chefs. You’ll then have a chance to talk to your chef in-depth about your needs and review your first menu together.

STEP 2

We Plan & Personalize

Each week, your chef creates a personalized menu just for you, no matter how complex your needs are. They take into account your preferences, sensitivities, and goals. You’ll receive your menu 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service day and will get a chance to provide modifications to your chef.

STEP 3

We Shop

The cost of premium groceries are included in your service. Your holistic chef does all the shopping and ordering. All produce is organic and we shop only for what’s needed to reduce waste. Our kitchen is stocked with high quality pantry ingredients - we don’t use any highly processed ingredients like refined sugars or seed oils.

STEP 4

We Cook & Deliver

Your holistic chef will spend anywhere from 3-5 hours cooking for you in our commercial kitchen. All meals are packed in our reusable glass containers, labelled, and placed in insulated cooler bags. Your meals are delivered the same afternoon by our friendly delivery team. Our drivers always give you an ETA when they leave the kitchen so you know when to expect your meals!

STEP 5

You Eat

With Fresh In Your Fridge, meals are ready to go. Simply reheat and enjoy them! Let your chef know what you loved and what you didn’t, and they will plan next week’s menu accordingly. Your reusable containers are picked up with your next delivery, no need to deal with recycling or excess packaging!

What Is A SIBO Diet?  

SIBO stands for Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, this is a condition where there is an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestines. Following a SIBO diet aims to reduce symptoms that are linked to this condition such as gas, bloating, and other digestive symptoms.

A SIBO diet limits certain types of carbohydrates that are thought to feed the overgrowth of bacteria. These carbohydrates are known as fermentable carbohydrates and are not easily absorbed by the small intestine and often leads to fermentation, which results in the symptoms listed above.

Starting a SIBO diet can be challenging, which is why we recommend working with a professional nutritionist so they can offer guidance and help tailor the diet to your specific needs.

Meal 1:  Hearty Lamb, Rutabaga & Cabbage Stew with Savoury Rosemary Seed Bread

Meal 2: Jammy Eggs & Savoury Vegetable Fritters. Topped with lightly dressed Greens

Meal 3: Harissa Marinated Chicken Thighs with Grilled Kabocha squash and Sautéed Green Beans. Sprinkled with Pomegranate

Meal 2: Baked Cod with Braised Fennel and Lemon Thyme Baby Carrots

Breakfast item: Pineapple, Ginger, Banana + Spinach Smoothie

These ladies are beyond incredible. My family has a lot of dietary restrictions, and also has high expectations. All of our needs are being met….and then some. I couldn’t possibly recommend this service more. The food is delicious, the cuts the chef uses are very detailed, and the flavour profiles keep us interested and inspired. If I could add extra stars to my five star rating, I would.
