We Match
The first step is setting up a discovery call with our team. Let us understand your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, all of which will be documented in your custom profile. We then match you with one of our holistic chefs. You’ll then have a chance to talk to your chef in-depth about your needs and review your first menu together.
STEP 2
We Plan & Personalize
Each week, your chef creates a personalized menu just for you, no matter how complex your needs are. They take into account your preferences, sensitivities, and goals. You’ll receive your menu 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service day and will get a chance to provide modifications to your chef.
STEP 3
We Shop
The cost of premium groceries are included in your service. Your holistic chef does all the shopping and ordering. All produce is organic and we shop only for what’s needed to reduce waste. Our kitchen is stocked with high quality pantry ingredients - we don’t use any highly processed ingredients like refined sugars or seed oils.
STEP 4
We Cook & Deliver
Your holistic chef will spend anywhere from 3-5 hours cooking for you in our commercial kitchen. All meals are packed in our reusable glass containers, labelled, and placed in insulated cooler bags. Your meals are delivered the same afternoon by our friendly delivery team. Our drivers always give you an ETA when they leave the kitchen so you know when to expect your meals!
STEP 5
You Eat
With Fresh In Your Fridge, meals are ready to go. Simply reheat and enjoy them! Let your chef know what you loved and what you didn’t, and they will plan next week’s menu accordingly. Your reusable containers are picked up with your next delivery, no need to deal with recycling or excess packaging!

What Is An Anti-Inflammatroy Diet?
An Anti-inflammatory diet focuses on consuming foods that help to reduce inflammation in the body. This diet can benefit those struggling with chronic inflammation, or other auto-immune or inflammatory disorders.
Foods consumed on an Anti-inflammatory diet tend to be high in antioxidants, such as fruit and vegetables, as well as foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as certain fish, nuts and seeds. It is also important to avoid foods that cause inflammation when following an Anti-inflammatory diet, such as processed foods, sugar, refined carbohydrates, and trans fats.
If followed correctly this diet is thought to reduce inflammation in the body and improve your overall health. Since there are many different types of anti-inflammatory diets, we will work with you to make sure we understand your specific needs!
Fresh in Your Fridge has been such a game-changer for me and my partner. We are on a highly restrictive diet due to some health challenges, and prior to Fresh in Your Fridge I was spending several hours a night cooking because our restrictions prevented us from getting anything that was processed or pre-made.
After a few months of this, I thought there MUST be a meal service out there that caters for people with very restrictive diets. I did some research into this and Fresh in Your Fridge was the only company that offered highly-customized meals to fit all of their customers. We had an intro session with Erika and went over all of our dietary needs, feeling a bit bad that there were so many restrictions, but she assured us that 30% of her clientele have very restrictive diets and they are quite used to working in these parameters.
Now that we have gotten FIYF for a few months, I can say very confidently that the meals are delicious, with very generous and filling portions, and they have saved me so much time from cooking all these things from scratch myself. I’m super happy with the service and always look forward to the deliveries. 🙂
