Here at Fresh in Your Fridge, we are committed to catering to your dietary needs — through our personal holistic chef services. Our Low FODMAP meal plans are created with not just your needs in mind but also your lifestyle and personal preferences.

Whether you need a diet that is low in FODMAPs, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto, anti-inflammatory, or a combination of several of these restrictions, we can design a meal plan that is perfect for you. Plus, we also make meal plans that are family friendly that can feed your entire household! You’ll love working with your private chef.

STEP 1

We Match

The first step is setting up a discovery call with our team. Let us understand your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, all of which will be documented in your custom profile. We then match you with one of our holistic chefs. You’ll then have a chance to talk to your chef in-depth about your needs and review your first menu together.

STEP 2

We Plan & Personalize

Each week, your chef creates a personalized menu just for you, no matter how complex your needs are. They take into account your preferences, sensitivities, and goals. You’ll receive your menu 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service day and will get a chance to provide modifications to your chef.

STEP 3

We Shop

The cost of premium groceries are included in your service. Your holistic chef does all the shopping and ordering. All produce is organic and we shop only for what’s needed to reduce waste. Our kitchen is stocked with high quality pantry ingredients - we don’t use any highly processed ingredients like refined sugars or seed oils.

STEP 4

We Cook & Deliver

Your holistic chef will spend anywhere from 3-5 hours cooking for you in our commercial kitchen. All meals are packed in our reusable glass containers, labelled, and placed in insulated cooler bags. Your meals are delivered the same afternoon by our friendly delivery team. Our drivers always give you an ETA when they leave the kitchen so you know when to expect your meals!

STEP 5

You Eat

With Fresh In Your Fridge, meals are ready to go. Simply reheat and enjoy them! Let your chef know what you loved and what you didn’t, and they will plan next week’s menu accordingly. Your reusable containers are picked up with your next delivery, no need to deal with recycling or excess packaging!

What Is A Low FODMAP Diet?  

A low FODMAP diet is a temporary diet that restricts certain types of carbohydrates, specifically foods high in “Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols”. These carbohydrates are poorly absorbed by the body and can cause Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or other digestive issues.

This diet aims to identify which of these foods the body can or cannot tolerate by eliminating all high FODMAP foods to start, and reintroducing them back into the diet slowly. 

Figuring out what to eat on a low FODMAP diet can be stressful and time-consuming. By working with our professional holistic chefs and nutritionists, you can enjoy your meals with peace of mind knowing that we have personalized your meals with your sensitivities in mind.
