Raspberry Truffle Collagen Bliss Balls

Makes 12 bliss balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides (vanilla or unflavoured)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • For rolling: 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Directions

Step 1

Blend base: In a food processor, combine cashews, dates, coconut, and raspberries. Blend until a coarse paste forms.

Step 2

Add the rest: Add collagen, cacao, vanilla, coconut oil, and hemp seeds. Blend again until smooth.

Step 3

Form balls: Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.

Step 4

Coat: Roll each bliss ball in cacao powder. Store in the fridge in a sealed container and enjoy throughout the week.
