Do I pick the menu each week?
Our chefs will curate your menu based on your preferences. Each week your chef will send your customized menu for approval. Menus are made just for you!
What kind of diets do you cook for?
We are a personal chef service, so we can cook for whatever dietary needs you have. We work with food sensitivities, specialty diets, and all types of therapeutic diets (SIBO, FODMAPs, paleo, low inflammatory, etc).
How many meals a week do I get?
We offer many different package options depending on your needs – this includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even baby food!
Our starting package is 6-8 meals per week.
Is there a minimum commitment to try the service?
While there is no minimum commitment to try our service, we do have an onboarding fee of $300. We typically work with our clients on an ongoing, long term basis. The longer you work with your personal chef the better they get to know your preferences and requests.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes! We are truly committed to your satisfaction and the experience you have with Fresh in your Fridge. We take the time to carefully document all of your preferences, down to the finest detail. If, at any point, you’re not completely satisfied with your meals, let us know and we promise to make it right!
Can I pause my service?
Of course you can! Many of our client pause their service for holidays or work trips. We can keep you with your same chef and weekly time slot if you are gone for 1-2 weeks, or may need to adjust your schedule if you are gone long term.
